1. Services

WholeBit Solutions S.R.L. provides custom software development, enterprise architecture consulting, and related technical services as described on this website. All services are delivered directly by Ionuț Chichișan, the founder and sole practitioner.

2. Engagement Process

Project engagements begin with an initial consultation via the contact form. Following review, a formal proposal including scope, timeline, and pricing will be provided. Work commences only upon mutual agreement and signed engagement terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all source code, documentation, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your exclusive property. Pre-existing frameworks, utilities, and patterns remain the property of WholeBit Solutions and are licensed for your use within the delivered project.

4. Confidentiality

All client information, project details, and business data shared during an engagement are treated as strictly confidential. NDA agreements are available upon request.

5. Limitation of Liability

WholeBit Solutions S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software. Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cluj-Napoca.
